Managing Director/Health & Safety Consultant
Nuala Murphy Grad IOSH is a founding member of First Safety Management Consultants Ltd. She has worked extensively in Health & Safety and is a Qualified Trainer (FETAC Level 6), Scaffolding Inspector, and Auditor. Nuala has spent more than twenty years working in Health and Safety and has been fortunate enough to gain exposure to a wide variety of industries throughout her career. She is a Senior Consultant focusing primarily on upskilling and supporting clients on implementing practical and sustainable HS management systems within their businesses.

GERRY SMITH
Director/Health & Safety Consultant
Gerry Smith Grad IOSH is also a founding member of First Safety Management Consultants Ltd. Gerry has vast experience on large scale construction projects and is involved in Sales/Marketing of our products. He has worked across an array of industries, including: construction, retail, manufacturing and insurance. He has worked as a Health & Safety Consultant/Auditor for the past 22 years and is a Qualified Scaffolding Inspector.

CHARLENE O'HANLON
Accounts/Administration
Charlene O’Hanlon is trained in Occupational Health & Safety and has 12 years experience across a number of Industries. Joining First Safety Management in 2015, Charlene brings her considerable customer service experience to assist clients on a day to day basis. Charlene supports our Safety Advisors and Consultants with their administration work and diary management, scheduling in work and site Inspections.
